They explain things in a way I can understand and use the information. I have a head injury so sometimes I forget things. I am able to remember much of what they teach.”

“My thoughts have been in a dark place for a long time, so keeping positive has been difficult over the last few years but I have been improving over the last four days and just being around others has helped me not be so afraid of the world."
- Liard First Nation Program Participant

This course was amazingly well received by my clients. I feel the way it was presented is most of why the people were probably successful. The feedback that I hear is that they would all love to do something else similar, or in conjunction to this.”
- Angela Miller, Safe at Home Coordinator, Watson Lake, Yukon
